Bio: Paul is the Founder, Owner and Group Chief Executive Officer of The Hogarth Property Group comprising Hogarth Investments, Hogarth Developments and Hogarth Design & Build.
Paul has extensive experience throughout the property cycle including acquisition, finance, planning, construction and once the construction stage has completed, disposal or operation of the completed scheme.
Paul founded the leading West London estate agency business, Orchards of London before exiting this business via a highly successful disposal in 2021.
A demanding and determined leader, Paul combines immense positivity and drive. He has an eye for commercial opportunity, innovation and detail that generates huge respect from those he works with. These qualities have led the Group to its current strong and successful position.

Chief Operations Officer
Bio: Liam has been a property professional for 19 years beginning his career as a New Homes sales consultant in 2003.
In his highly successful career to date he has honed his skills across every aspect of the Estate Agency sector including sales, lettings, property management, land and new homes.
He was, most recently, the Managing Director of a large, market leading, West London based estate agency business that was developed strategically and then successfully sold to a major UK estate agency group.
Liam’s role within The Hogarth Property Group is in providing direction for both business development and land acquisition, and with a focus on creating new opportunities for the group.
His wealth of operational experience includes overseeing large managed rental portfolios and his wide-ranging experience in the West London property market means he contributes valuable insights into the valuation, saleability and potential of all opportunities that the group considers.

Chief Financial Officer
Bio: David has been an integral part of The Hogarth Property Group since its inception following a thirty-year career in banking in the UK and USA with major European and American Banks.
David holds ACIB, CeFA and CeMAP qualifications. The experience gained from his executive and managerial positions, predominantly in corporate lending, have contributed significantly to the stability and growth of the Group.
David oversees the accounting and financial performance areas of the Group. He is also the Company Secretary with responsibility for corporate governance, legal and human resources.

Construction Director
Bio: Ben graduated with a B.Soc.Sci in Politics from Manchester University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School at the City University of London.
Having developed numerous skills and substantial knowledge over 13 years overseeing residential developments and construction companies, Ben moved into Construction Project Management in 2018. This move provided the opportunity to manage larger building projects, work with bigger budgets and, as a result, obtain even more valuable experience.
His logical and efficient approach has been invaluable in ensuring developments are built on time and on budget, whilst his keen eye for detail means the finishing of the product is always a priority. Ben joined the Hogarth Property Group in 2021.
